Kadian has almost 20 years of industry experience. She has experience within IT and Cybersecurity service lines and various industry groups providing accounting, assurance, and financial audit services, compliance services, and information security assessments. Prior to starting her own CPA and consulting firm, Kadian worked at a top 10 Professional services firm. She provides services to various size clients ranging from hundreds of thousands to billions in revenue.

Kadian is a distinguished professional with a rich background spanning almost two decades in the realms of accounting, cybersecurity, and consulting. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Education, she has seamlessly blended her financial expertise with a deep understanding of educational, cybersecurity, and risk principles.

With a solid foundation from a top ten professional services firm, where she served for almost seventeen years, Kadian honed her skills in CPA, cybersecurity, and consulting services across various industries. Rising through the ranks to become a Principal, she spearheaded the firm's endeavors in the Florida market, demonstrating exceptional leadership as she managed a national industry line.
Kadian's commitment to excellence and innovation earned her recognition among her peers, leading to her selection as a member of the Young Executive Team (YET). In this role, she provided invaluable advice to the C-suite and played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between seasoned leadership and the younger generation. As Chair of the YET, she facilitated crucial communications with the CEO and leadership team, ensuring alignment and strategic direction.
